§ 24-2. Compliance with chapter; general penalty.
It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse, fail or neglect to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto. Unless otherwise specifically provided, any such violation shall constitute a traffic infraction punishable by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
