§ 24-36. Operating motor vehicles on or over curbs.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle in such a manner as to cause the said vehicle to travel on or over any curb adjoining any public road, street or highway.

    For the purpose of interpreting this section, "curb" shall be defined as an edging, as of concrete exceeding two (2) inches in height, built along a street to form part of a gutter except at approved driveway entries with aprons.

    Violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
