§ 25-11. Unlawful use of or damage or injury to property of sewer plant or waterworks.

  • No person shall injure or deface the sewage disposal plant, pump station or any house, wall stopcock, fireplug or any other fixture connected with or pertaining to the sewer plant or waterworks. No person shall, without lawful authority, climb over or get through the enclosure around such plant and waterworks. No person shall place any building material or other things on the stopcock or other fixture of a street water main or other service pipe, so as to obstruct access thereto. No person shall remove or injure any pipe, fireplug, hydrant or stopcock. No person shall use water from city lines for any purpose for which he has neither paid nor obtained permission.
