§ 25-9. Separate connection for buildings.

(a)

Except as otherwise allowed by the council, each building shall be separately connected with the public water system and the public sewer system.

(b)

The water, plumbing and sewer drainage system of every building and each residential dwelling unit shall be separately connected with the public water system and public sewer system of the city at the property line.
