§ 25-76. Right of revision.

The city and POTW reserve the right to establish more stringent limitations or requirements on discharges to the wastewater disposal system by ordinance or in individual wastewater discharge permits or in general permits, if deemed necessary to comply with the objectives presented in section 25-61, and nothing herein or anything done or permitted hereunder shall create any vested rights of any nature in any person or user.
