§ 25-100.1. Notification of violation.

Whenever the superintendent finds that any user has violated or is violating this article, the user's wastewater discharge permit or general permit, or any prohibition, limitation or requirements contained herein, the superintendent may serve upon such person a written notice stating the nature of the violation. Within thirty (30) days of the date of notice, a plan for the satisfactory correction thereof shall be submitted to the superintendent by the user.
