§ 25-110. Definition of user classes.

  • (a)

    An industrial user is any nongovernmental user of treatment works owned by the authority as identified in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, Office of Management and Budget, as amended and supplemented, under the following divisions:

    (1)

    Division A—Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing;

    (2)

    Division B—Mining;

    (3)

    Division D—Manufacturing;

    (4)

    Division E—Transportation, Communications, Electric, Gas and Sanitary Services;

    (5)

    Division I—Services.

    (b)

    Industrial users shall be divided into three (3) user classes:

    (1)

    Major industrial—Contributing over one hundred thousand (100,000) gallons per day;

    (2)

    Commercial Class I—Contributing one thousand (1,000) to one hundred thousand (100,000) gallons per day; and

    (3)

    Commercial Class II—Contributing less than one thousand (1,000) gallons per day.
