§ 2-23. When regular meetings held.

The governing body shall hold its annual meeting on the third Tuesday of each July, at which annual meeting it will adopt by resolution the regular meeting schedule for the remainder of the then-current fiscal year. Unless otherwise stated in the annual meeting resolution, regular meetings will begin at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practicable and will follow the order of proceedings established pursuant to section 2-39 of this article.
