§ 2-143. Functions, powers, duties and limitations.

The planning commission shall have the functions, powers and duties, and be subject to the limitations, which are prescribed by law, particularly those provided for in Code of Virginia, Title 15.2, Chapter 22, Articles 2 and 3.
