Latest version.
  • In the interpretation and application of this chapter, its provisions shall be held to be minimum requirements. It is not intended by this chapter to repeal, abrogate, annul or in any way impair or interfere with any other provisions of law or ordinance, or any regulations or permits adopted or issued pursuant to law relating to the use or construction of buildings or premises, or private restrictions; provided, however, that where this chapter imposes a greater restriction than is imposed by such other provisions, the provision of this chapter shall govern.
