§ 3.11. Persons receiving emolument from federal government not barred from holding office.

Latest version.

No person presently receiving any emolument from the federal government shall be barred because of such fact from continuing to serve as an elected officer of the city or to seek reelection and to serve as a member of the governing body or to serve as a member of any board or commission of the city.
