§ 24-29. Police escort for funeral processions; right-of-way for such processions.

(a)

The chief of police is hereby authorized, in his discretion, to provide a police escort for funeral processions.

(b)

Funeral processions traveling under police escort shall have the right-of-way in any street through which they may pass.
