§ 25-3. Same—What constitutes; maintenance.

(a)

For the purpose of section 25-2, "an approved method of disposal of human excrement" shall be deemed to be either:

(1)

A flush toilet connected to an approved public or private sewer.

(2)

A flush toilet connected to an approved, properly installed septic tank system.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for the owner or tenant or lessee of any premises properly supplied with an approved method of disposal of human excrement, as defined in this section, to misuse or neglect the same, so as to allow or cause it to cease to be sanitary.
