§ 25-113. Discontinuance of use.

Should an industrial user discontinue use of the treatment works, its payment for industrial cost recovery shall cease. There shall be no requirement for other industries using the treatment works to assume the portion of the industrial cost recovery payment which is unrecovered due to the departure of an industrial user.
