§ 24-28. Speed limits.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided in this section, the maximum speed limit within the city shall be twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

(b)

The maximum speed limit on all one-way streets shall be fifteen (15) miles per hour.

(c)

The maximum speed limit in the vehicle traffic area of the Manassas Park Shopping Center shall be fifteen (15) miles per hour.

(d)

The speed limit on the following public streets shall be fifteen (15) miles per hour:

Baker Street;

Colfax Court;

Courtney Drive, from Manassas Drive to Polk Drive;

Greenshire Drive;

Hedgeford Street;

Kent Drive from Manassas Drive to Cabbel Drive;

Kirby Street;

Mace Street;

Martin Drive from Manassas Drive to Courtney Drive;

Morton Court;

Moseby Drive, from Cabbel Drive to Manassas Drive; and

Travis Street.

(e)

The speed limit on the following public streets shall be thirty-five (35) miles per hour:

Manassas Drive from Railroad Drive to its easternmost terminus.
